I cannot understand why Microsoft decided to change language by pressing whether Ctrl-Shift OR Alt-Shift. Why I cannot use BOTH? I want to change language by Ctrl-Shift AND Alt-Shift. This is stupid that one computer understand Ctrl-Shift, another Alt-Shift and I cannot make them understand both keystrokes.
